Hussle Sol ("we", "us", "our") provides Solana blockchain intelligence tools including wallet tracking, token discovery, and alert services (the "Service"). By accessing or using Hussle Sol you agree to these Terms.

Hussle Sol is an informational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use this Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

Hussle Sol offers Free, Pro ($19/month), and Pro+ ($49/month) tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

Stripe payments: You may cancel at any time through your account or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prorated refunds are available within 7 days of the start of a new billing cycle.

Helio crypto payments: Payments made via Helio in SOL or USDC are non-refundable once processed on-chain.

You may not hold an active subscription via both Stripe and Helio simultaneously. Switching payment methods requires cancelling your current subscription first.

• Do not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Service beyond what the API explicitly permits.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense data from Hussle Sol to third parties.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Do not use the Service in connection with market manipulation, wash trading, or any fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Blockchain data is sourced from third parties including Helius and DexScreener. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. On-chain data may be delayed or contain errors. Always verify data independently before making any financial decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hussle Sol and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
