Privacy Policy

We collect the following information when you use Hussle Sol:

• Account data: Email address and how you signed in (Solana wallet, email and password, email link, or Google). Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text.
• Wallet address: If you sign in with or connect a Solana wallet, we store the public address and a snapshot of its public holdings and trades. Wallet sign-in uses a one-time message signature to prove ownership. We never request, store, or have access to private keys or seed phrases.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, alert preferences, alert rules, followed wallets, and watchlist contents. First-party product events include selected feature actions and confirmed account, wallet, notification and billing milestones. Signed-in events may be associated with your account; anonymous events have no persistent visitor identifier.
• Notification channels: If you enable them, your Discord user ID, Telegram chat ID, or browser push subscription, so we can deliver alerts.
• Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser type, and error reports when something breaks.
• Payment data: Stripe handles card billing — we store only your subscription status and plan tier, not card numbers.

• To provide the Service, including personalized alerts and wallet tracking.
• To process billing and enforce plan limits.
• To send alerts, weekly digests, and product updates (you can opt out at any time).
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

Wallet addresses you provide are public information on the Solana blockchain. We use them exclusively to fetch read-only data (balances, transaction history, token holdings) via the Helius API. We never have custody of any funds and cannot initiate transactions on your behalf.

We integrate with the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — card payment processing
• Helius, DexScreener, Jupiter, Birdeye, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck — Solana blockchain and token market data. Wallet addresses may be sent to these providers to look up public on-chain data.
• Jupiter — swap routing when you use the swap feature
• Discord and Telegram — alert delivery, when you connect them
• Resend — email delivery for digests and account emails
• Sentry — error reporting, which may include your user ID and the page where an error occurred
• Cloudflare — hosting network, security, and cookieless page-view analytics
• Local AI — the portfolio assistant processes your question and a summary of your holdings on our local Ollama server

We retain your data while your account is active. Product intent events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; confirmed first milestones remain for your account’s lifetime. Account-linked event records are deleted when your account is removed. Private database backups may retain deleted records until backup retention expires. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days. On-chain wallet activity is publicly accessible on Solana regardless of your account status.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember referral codes. We store some preferences, such as local watchlists and recently viewed pages, in your browser’s local storage. Product analytics are collected first-party, and Cloudflare’s page-view analytics do not use cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected]. We will process requests within 30 days.
