Privacy Policy

We collect the following information when you use Hussle Sol:

• Account data: Email address, authentication provider (Google or email magic-link).
• Wallet address: If you voluntarily connect a Solana wallet, we store the public address only. We never request, store, or have access to private keys or seed phrases.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, alert preferences, and watchlist contents.
• Payment data: Stripe handles card billing — we store only your subscription status and plan tier, not card numbers. Helio handles crypto billing on-chain.

• To provide the Service, including personalized alerts and wallet tracking.
• To process billing and enforce plan limits.
• To send alerts, weekly digests, and product updates (you can opt out at any time).
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

Wallet addresses you provide are public information on the Solana blockchain. We use them exclusively to fetch read-only data (balances, transaction history, token holdings) via the Helius API. We never have custody of any funds and cannot initiate transactions on your behalf.

We integrate with the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — card payment processing
• Helio — crypto payment processing
• Helius — Solana blockchain data
• DexScreener — token market data
• Discord — alert delivery (community channels and user-connected private channels)
• Resend — email delivery for weekly digests

We retain your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days. On-chain wallet activity is publicly accessible on Solana regardless of your account status.

We use session cookies for authentication and a single access-gate cookie during our private beta. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@husslesol.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
